Your questions, answered
What’s your cancellation policy?
Most bookings come with flexible cancellation – cancel or change up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund. Non-refundable rates can’t be changed or cancelled. You’ll see all the details when you book.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in starts at 15:00, check-out is by 11:00. You’ll get everything digitally – including your key – so you can head straight in, no front desk needed.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes – fast, free Wi-Fi throughout the building. Ideal for work, scrolling, or streaming.
Do you have accessible facilities?
Yes. Our building has step-free access on request, and we offer accessible rooms designed for ease and mobility. Let us know in advance if you have specific needs.
Can I park at The Drey?
We don’t offer on-site parking, but we’re well connected by public transport. Nearby parking spots are listed in your guest app under Local Info.
Is The Drey dog-friendly?
We don’t currently accept pets, but assistance animals are welcome.
Can I request a cot or extra bed?
All rooms are designed to sleep up to six guests. We don’t provide extra beds or cots at this time.
Are accessible rooms available?
Yes – we have accessible rooms designed with comfort and mobility in mind. You can request one when booking, or contact us to check availability.
Do the rooms have air conditioning?
All rooms feature modern climate control to keep things comfortable, whatever the weather.
