Your questions, answered

Yes. The Drey operates a fully digital check-in experience. Ahead of your stay, you’ll receive an email with everything you need to complete check-in and access your digital key.

Please ensure this is completed before arrival to avoid any delays accessing the building or your room.

Even though we are completely digital, if you would rather have physical keys, please let someone at reception know as we would be more than happy to assist you.

Check-in starts at 15:00, check-out is by 11:00. You’ll get everything digitally – including your key – so you can head straight in, no front desk needed.

Most bookings come with flexible cancellation – cancel or change up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund. Non-refundable rates can’t be changed or cancelled. You’ll see all the details when you book.

Our rooms prioritise comfort and a good night’s sleep. There is no desk or dedicated workspace, allowing you to fully unwind and enjoy The Drey as your cosy base in London.

Yes – fast, free Wi-Fi throughout the building. Ideal for work, scrolling, or streaming.

We offer luggage storage which costs £10 and can be booked easily through our guest app. You can request this service in the Duve Guest-link app.

Yes. Our building has step-free access on request, and we offer accessible rooms designed for ease and mobility. Let us know in advance if you have specific needs.

We do not have on-site parking available at the hotel. However, you may use the link below to find and book nearby parking options:

We don’t currently accept pets, but assistance animals are welcome.

We don’t currently offer cots or extra beds. However, select room types are thoughtfully designed to accommodate larger groups without the need for sofa beds or additional set-ups.

The Warren / The Accessible Warren for six are designed to comfortably sleep up to six guests, with fixed bunk beds built in to ensure a seamless and comfortable stay.

Thoughtfully designed with step-free access, this room is ideal for guests with reduced mobility and their carer .

Featuring a lower bunk for easy access and additional bedding above to comfortably sleep up to four. Soft, spacious and stress-free, it’s a peaceful retreat built for ease and togetherness.

Please note we do not have an on-site restaurant. However, you can explore a wonderful selection of local cafés and restaurants we’ve partnered with which is available through our guest app. You will also find exclusive discount vouchers available for you to enjoy during your stay.

Additionally, while we don’t offer room service, you can find a range of snacks, food and drinks offering in our vending machine area next to the reception. From Starbucks coffee to salads, to popcorn you will find a range of healthy meals to eat in the comfort of your rooms.

All rooms feature modern climate control to keep things comfortable, whatever the weather.
